Short Description:

Fluidized bed filler, also known as MBBR filler, is a new type of bioactive carrier. It adopts scientific formula, according to different water quality needs, fusing different kinds of microelements in polymer materials that are conducive to the rapid growth of microorganisms into attachment. The structure of hollow filler is a total of three layers of hollow circles inside and outside, each circle has one prong inside and 36 prongs outside, with a special structure, and the filler is suspended in water during normal operation. The anaerobic bacteria grow inside the filler to produce denitrification; aerobic bacteria grow outside to remove organic matter, and there is both nitrification and denitrification process in the whole treatment process. With the advantages of large specific surface area, hydrophilic and affinity best, high biological activity, fast hanging film, good treatment effect, long service life, etc., is the best choice for removing ammonia nitrogen, decarbonization and phosphorus removal, sewage purification, water reuse, sewage deodorization COD, BOD to raise the standard.
