Project Background
This project is located in Goukou Village, Bayuan Town, Lantian County, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. The development goal of "Green Lantian, Happy Homeland" was defined at the 9th Plenary Session of the 16th Committee of the Lantian County Party, as part of the county’s development plan for the 14th Five-Year Plan period. By 2025, significant progress is expected in rural environmental governance across the city, with agricultural non-point source pollution being preliminarily controlled and continuous improvements in the ecological environment.
The project has contributed to the environmental improvement of 251 administrative villages, with rural domestic sewage treatment coverage reaching over 53%, effectively eliminating large-scale rural black and odorous water bodies. For the period from 2021 to 2025, Lantian County is tasked with completing the rural sewage treatment in 28 administrative villages, and the overall rural domestic sewage treatment coverage in the region is expected to reach 45%.

For the past decade, Lidin Environmental Protection has been dedicated to decentralized sewage treatment in the environmental industry. The company’s sewage treatment projects have covered over 20 provinces and cities across the country, including more than 500 administrative villages and over 5,000 natural villages.
Technical Process
Liding Scavenger? is a household-level sewage treatment device that uses the "MHAT + Contact Oxidation" process. It has a daily treatment capacity of 0.3-0.5 tons per day and offers three automatic modes (A, B, C) to adapt to different regional discharge standards. Designed specifically for household use, it features a "one unit per household" approach with on-site resource utilization advantages. The technology provides several benefits, including energy savings, reduced labor costs, low operational costs, and guaranteed compliance with discharge standards.
Treatment Situation
The Liding Scavenger? has been installed and is currently in use in Goukou Village, with the water quality meeting the required standards. Local leaders have conducted on-site inspections of the project and have recognized the positive impact of the Liding Scavenger? on the environmental remediation efforts in the area. They have acknowledged the device’s significant contribution to improving local environmental conditions.
This project aligns with the "Green Lantian, Happy Homeland" initiative and actively supports the goal of completing rural sewage treatment in 28 administrative villages by 2025, with the overall sewage treatment coverage in the region reaching 45%.
